This code sets out principles and behaviours that the Swaportunity Community reasonably expects of members.

Basic principles:

 

The Community expects members to:

1  Conduct themselves honestly and in good faith at all times.

2  Comply with all laws, including sale of goods and intellectual property laws.

3  Comply with Swaportunity's terms and conditions.

Sellers agree to:

 

1  Describe items fully and accurately.

2  Respond to emails as soon as possible.   

 

Buyers agree to:

 

1  Respond to emails as soon as possible.

2  Pay for goods purchased as soon as possible.  

3  Not subsequently spam previous sellers.
